The Waldwelt Skywalk Allgäu is one of the most popular day-out destinations in the Allgäu: the 540-metre-long ‘Skywalk’ treetop walk, complete with a glass lift, is the main attraction. From up here, at a height of up to 40 metres, a breathtaking view of the Allgäu mountains and the sparkling Lake Constance awaits. The park also offers a whole range of play, climbing and skill stations. Things get lively on the adventure playground, whilst the petting zoo is a rather cosy affair. Those who prefer a quieter atmosphere can relax in the ‘Waldglück’ family restaurant with its beer garden.

For wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties, there is a limited number of parking spaces directly at the top, in front of the entrance area. A separate access road leads across the adjacent hospital grounds.

Mid-November – early March: Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm (last admission: 5 pm). Open daily during the Bavarian school holidays.
